Canada Day Facebook Giveaway June 15th - 30th

Contest Eligibility   

• Contest is open to Canadian residents of Western Canada; British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.   
• Entrant must be of legal age of majority in their province of residency. 
• Minors are not permitted to enter.   
• Entrant must own a RV travel trailer; prize cannot be used on a unit that is owned by someone other than the winner.   
• Entrant must have valid Facebook account prior to the beginning of the contest period.   Kimber's Creations Ltd. has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.   

Methods Of Entry   

• No purchase necessary.   
• Like contest Facebook post.   
• Comment "CANADA DAY WINNER" on contest Facebook post.   
• Follow Kimber's Creations Ltd. on Facebook.   
• Must complete all the above to be eligible to win.   

Conditions To Satisfy Before Winning   

• Correctly answering a skill-testing question.   
• Agree to and sign release form.   
• All entries must be received on or before the time stated during the submission period.   
• One entry per person.   

Privacy Notice   

• Information collected during this promotion will be collected and stored by Kimber's Creations Ltd. 
• Kimber's Creations Ltd. will not sell or provide collected information to any third-party sources.   
• By participating, each entrant grants Kimber Creations Ltd. permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.   

Giveaway Period   

• Contest will begin on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 12 am MDT and run until Thursday. June 30, 2022 at 12am MDT.   
• Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the Facebook account supplied by the potential prize winner. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring His/her Facebook account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to the sweepstakes.  

Winner selection    

• Winner will be selected on or about July 1st, 2022 on or about 12 pm MDT at Kimber's Creations Ltd. (48459A Range Road 260 Leduc County, AB.)   
• Entrant's names will be entered into an auto generator to select the winner.   (www.wheelofnames.com)   
• Selected entrant will be notified via Facebook messenger.   
• If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Kimber's Creations Ltd. within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.   
• Should Kimber's Creations need to select an alternative winner; entrant names will be spun again in the auto generator (www.wheelofnames.com) and a new name selected.

Prize Details   

• Custom fitted, insulated RV Skirting with an R17 value in the color choice of the winner, chosen from our available color selection.   
• Prize may not exceed a value of $9000.00 CAD. 
• Any additional cost will be the responsibility of the winning entrant.   
• Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules, and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all, or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.   
• ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.   

Voiding Or Modifying the Contest   

• Should the need arise, Kimber's Creations Ltd. reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including without limitation, if Kimber's Creations Ltd, determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper play of the Giveaway.   

Liability Limitations and Releases   

• Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted.      
• Selected Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Kimber's Creations Ltd.; its affiliates, agents, their respective employees, officers, and directors, in respect of any injuries, accidents, costs, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses of every kind and nature whatsoever arising from or relating in any manner to the holding of the contest or their participation in the Prize.   
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or   associated with, Facebook. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to a   complete release of Facebook from any claims. Entrant information submitted by   contest participants is being collected by Kimber's Creations Ltd., and not by   Facebook.
